Farms & Process
Moringa trees are cultivated in our own farms based in Malavalli near Mysore, where more than 3 acres of moringa plantation is maintained.
The best time to harvest is when the plant is 4-5 feet tall. The fresh green leaves are cleaned in running water for dust and insects and are shade dried to retain Vitamins from burning out of sun light. AiA refrains from solar drying or open air drying.
The dried leaves are grinded and blended hygienic conditions to arrive at very top quality moringa powder.

Moringa is rich in vegetable oil and has high nutritional values. Its leaves and flowers are mainly used to manage various diseases.
The leaves have 7 times more vitamin C & 15 times more potassium than some of the fruits. It also has calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids, which help your body heal and build muscle.
Moringa is packed with antioxidants, substances that can protect cells from damage and boosts your immune system. These antioxidants lower blood pressure and reduce fat in the blood and body.
It is believed that Moringa helps to cure anemia, arthritis and other joint pain (rheumatism), asthma, cancer, constipation, diabetes, diarrhea, seizures, stomach pain, stomach and intestinal ulcers, intestinal spasms, headache, heart problems, high blood pressure, kidney stones, symptoms of menopause, thyroid disorders, and infections.
Moringa also helps reduce swelling, as an antioxidant, to prevent spasms, increase sex drive (as an aphrodisiac), boost the immune system, and increase breast milk production.
Usage
It is suggested to take 4-5 gms of moringa powder daily. It has a bitter and slightly sweet taste. You can mix the powder with desserts, shakes, smoothies and curd to boost your nutritional intake. The powder can be directly consumed or blended with mildly warm water.
It is not suggested to cook the powder or mix with hot curries as heat may reduce its nutrients
